We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with a strong closing mindset, someone who doesn’t just generate opportunities but converts them into signed contracts. This role is for a commercial professional who takes ownership of the deal, navigates complex sales cycles, and consistently delivers revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle with a clear focus on closing
- Negotiate, handle objections, and drive deals to completion
- Work with qualified opportunities and turn them into revenue
- Build trust with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a strong solution fit
- Develop compelling commercial proposals and value propositions
Requirements:
You must have:
- B2+ level of spoken and written English
- 3+ years of experience in IT services sales with a proven closing track record
- Demonstrated ability to drive deals from first contact to signed contract
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client challenges and position tailored solutions
- Experience working with international clients and stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Additional language skills (German, Arabic, or others)
- Procurement experience
