Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, closing, onboarding, accounting
- Build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial client relationships
- Сollaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Develop customised proposals and presentations
- Maintain accurate sales records and activities within the CRM system
- Engage on social networks to share insights and generate demand
Requirements:
You must have:
- B2+ level spoken and written English
- 2+ years of proven IT services sales experience
- Strong technical understanding and solution-oriented mindset
- Track record of successful deals and a result-driven approach
- Cross-cultural communication skills
Nice to have:
- Additional language skills (German, Arabic, or others)
- Procurement experience
