Tallinn, Estonia, September 15, 2025 – On September 10, in Riyadh, Bamboo Group OÜ signed the Memorandum of Understanding with Tarmeez Digital Co., a Saudi technology consulting firm. Representing the Parties were Vlad Yevteyev, Chief Strategy Officer & Board Member at Bamboo Group OÜ, and Yazeed Al Swailem, General Manager of Tarmeez Digital Co.
Under the agreement, the companies will explore potential collaboration on business development, digital transformation, and other projects that align with the Saudi Vision 2030 government program.
As part of this partnership, the companies will share expertise, resources, and support to deliver joint solutions to clients from the public and private sectors.
