Tallinn, Estonia, June 7, 2021 – On the 29th of May, Igor Ponikarchik, the Chief Executive Officer of Bamboo Apps, joined the panel of speakers at the second edition of the Human2IT conference dedicated to the biggest challenges of the regional IT sector – in talent acquisition and HR, sales and marketing, company’s growth strategy, and others.
Igor’s keynote addressed building an effective sales department in a mobile app development company and establishing seamless interaction between sales and marketing by leveraging Hubspot. He described the company’s approach to creating a buyer persona, determining the lead’s lifecycle stages, qualifying leads, and controlling the work of sales managers.
