We are expanding our project management team and looking for a skilled Service-oriented Project Manager who thrives in dynamic environments, can coordinate several projects simultaneously, and ensures high-quality delivery for our international clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple small to medium service-oriented projects in IoT, mobile, and web domains
- Plan project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure deadlines are met
- Track progress, mitigate risks, and resolve blockers proactively
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining high client satisfaction
- Coordinate with distributed development teams (backend, frontend, mobile)
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new team members and efficient knowledge transfer
- Promote best practices in agile project management within the team
Requirements:
You must have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects (service-oriented experience preferred)
- Proven experience managing IoT, mobile, or web projects
- Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar)
- English language — Upper-Intermediate or higher
Nice to have:
- Experience with distributed or remote teams
- Familiarity with product development lifecycle, procurement processes, or vendor management
