We develop proprietary products and offer consulting and software development services globally.

We’re looking for a hands-on growth marketing specialist with a proven record of driving lead generation through paid and organic channels. You should be deeply familiar with the nuances of long-cycle B2B sales, ideally in custom software development, and able to work confidently with Western markets.

Your main goal will be to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads by identifying high-potential niches, building campaigns around them, and ensuring a positive ROMI with minimum CAC. You’ll independently plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns, run conversion experiments, and create marketing assets within our websites to attract and convert.

The role requires a sharp analytical mindset – someone who closely tracks SQLs, CAC, ROMI, and can defend every campaign with data.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market trends research, website performance analysis, and user behavior to target high-potential niches
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across PPC, SEO, and social media channels to drive lead generation
  • Create marketing assets such as lead magnets and landing pages as part of campaign initiatives
  • Optimize landing pages and blog posts to continuously improve conversion rates
  • Monitor campaign performance and lead quality to optimize spend
  • Design and run experiments and A/B tests to validate new tactics and uncover untapped growth channels
  • Launch ad campaigns for promoting corporate podcasts, webinars, and other events

Requirements:

  • At least Upper-Intermediate English level 
  • Strong experience in B2B marketing targeting Western markets. Ideally, in the custom software development niche
  • Deep expertise in launching and optimizing lead generation campaigns across advertising channels
  • Proven track record of increasing SQLs volume, boosting conversions, improving ROMI, and lowering CAC
  • Solid understanding of SEO and keyword research
  • Nice-to-have: experience managing and updating WordPress websites
