Bamboo Agile, the leading Estonian software development boutique, part of OÜ Bamboo Group, is looking for a Project Manager to start a new project in FinTech domain.

A software product that is targeted for payment companies (Payment Facilitators, Accountants, etc.). The product offers a complete processing of e-commerce payments: from onboarding, verification of the customers, a transaction from the merchant’s website to settlement of funds, as well as analytics and reporting. These services are provided through a mixture of white-labelled and proprietary solutions.
The project team ↓
The project team comprises 12+ Middle/Senior tech professionals. You’ll be working side by side with our internal team consisting currently of:
- Solution Architect
- 3 Backend Engineers (Node.js)
- 2 Frontend Engineers (Angular)
- Business Analyst
- UX/UI Designer
- QA Engineer
- QA Automation Engineer
- Project Manager
- Product Owner
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
- Knowledge of PMBOK standards and the methodologies of Agile development
- practical knowledge of the main Scrum/ Kanban principles and ability to implement them into IT project development.
- Experience in team, budget and risk management on large projects
- Experience in the coordination of contracts and negotiations with customers
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional distributed/mixed teams
- Experience with Jira and Confluence

- Technical background
- Agile Methodology or PMI certification
- Knowledge of SAFe, LeSS and SoS project management methodologies
