The team of bambooapps.eu is looking for an experienced CTO, an equal partner for the management team, who has a background in mobile, understands backend, and desires to design outstanding solutions. Bamboo Apps is a modern outsourcing company that practises a hybrid delivery model (combining both internal and external resources) and keeps the focus on design and simplicity of processes. Together, you will continue helping clients launch and maintain applications for mobility in the Automotive/ Connected Car/HMI Inventory management systems industry, and will align processes, strengthen collaboration with sales, and develop a cool engineering culture.
Job description
Bamboo Apps is looking for an equal partner to join our management team. You should be ready to:
- Get all technical issues resolved on your own or with the help of hired team members
- Have experience as a Tech Lead or be a Senior Developer with Android, Kotlin, Java
- Have experience in Automotive / Connected Car / HMI Inventory
- Be part of the pre-sale team as needed (during communication with the client, organize the process of technical consultations and project evaluation, as well as be able to delegate the coordination of technical issues to the necessary technical specialists)
- Assemble effective development teams and improve technical processes
- Technically estimate projects and assess risks while choosing platforms and the right solution architecture
- Align and improve internal processes, including QA, CI, code review, and document management
- To be innovative to know about modern technical development technologies in Connected Car / HMI Inventory areas

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Knowledge of nuances of iOS and Android development, Java, Kotlin, platforms’ interaction with Backend

- Experience with technical interviews
- Fluent spoken English
